The Brave Next specializes in the design, development, and deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI), computer vision, and automation-based solutions. We develop custom applications tailored to client specifications, under strict compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
● Our Privacy Policy clearly states that we do not collect, store, or process personal, biometric, facial, or sensitive data.
● All testing or development performed by us is done using dummy data or team-approved data with proper internal consent.
● We do not promote, support, or tolerate any form of unauthorized data collection or misuse.
● It is the sole responsibility of the client to:
○ Ensure that any datasets, images, faces, documents, or videos they provide are collected legally and ethically, with proper consent.
○ Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and data privacy frameworks in their region and area of operations.
○ Obtain and retain user consent wherever required for collecting, processing, or sharing data through the applications we build.
● The Brave Next is not liable for any misuse, illegal usage, or unethical application of our software, platforms, or models by clients.
● If a client misuses any system built by us — including for:
○ Surveillance without consent
○ Biometric data exploitation
○ Violation of privacy rights
○ Or non-compliance with regional laws
Then the client bears full legal responsibility, and The Brave Next will not be held accountable under any circumstance.
● We operate under a strict policy of legal and ethical AI development.
● We follow compliance guidelines based on:
○ UK GDPR and Digital Economy Act
○ Pakistan PECA and local cyber laws
○ International standards including OECD AI principles
● We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project that involves sensitive use cases without clear data policies or compliance structures.
● All original source code, algorithms, and designs developed by The Brave Next are the property of the company unless contractually transferred.
● Clients are prohibited from reselling, copying, or redistributing our solutions without formal written permission.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Clients are advised to check this page regularly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
